However, this role is primarily for my personal brand, where you’ll be responsible for editing YouTube videos, and Instagram Reels, and creating thumbnails.

In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

👉Full-Time (Expert / Intermediate Level) – Salary: 70,000 PKR/month (Min. 2 years of Account Management experience required)

What You’ll Be Doing (For Both Roles)

  • Manage and communicate with clients daily (Zoom, Calls, WhatsApp, Emails).

  • Take 3-5 client calls daily, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.

  • Respond to client queries within 5-10 minutes during working hours

  • Proactively solve client problems and ensure their goals are met.

  • Collaborate with the internal team to make sure all deliverables are executed on time.

  • Monitor client campaign performance (with the help of the Media Buying team) and ensure client success.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.

  • For the full-time role: Take the lead on client accounts, reporting, upselling, and handling escalations.

  • For the intern role: Assist the senior team and learn client management hands-on

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent Spoken & Written English (Mandatory for Both Roles).

  • Full-Time Role: 2+ years experience in Client Success / Account Management roles

  • Intern Role: No experience needed, but must have strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies is a BIG PLUS

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Notion & Slack is a BIG PLUS

  • Proactive, problem-solver, highly responsive, and client-focused attitude

  • Comfortable working US Hours (8 PM - 5 AM PKT) — this is non-negotiable

  • Confident on video calls and capable of handling multiple client accounts.

Work Schedule & Location

  • Fully Remote Job - US Pacific Timezone (Night Shift)

  • Monday to Saturday, 8 PM - 5 AM PKT

  • Note: While we will coach you on client management & digital marketing, you must already have solid English speaking skills as we will not be teaching communication or English fluency.

Salary & Benefits

  • Full-Time Role: 70,000 PKR per month

  • Internship: 30,000 PKR per month (4 months)

  • Bonuses & Incentives based on client satisfaction and retention.

  • Remote working flexibility (must have a strong internet, laptop, mic, and quiet working space).

⚠️ Important Notes

  • This is a full-time remote position. You cannot work with any other agency or clients while working with us.

  • Not suitable for students.

  • If you cannot work US Pacific Timezone (Night shift in PKT), this role is not for you.

  • Both roles require top-notch English speaking and writing skills.

  • The internship is paid and also acts as a probation period
