In addition to video editing for my personal brand, you will occasionally assist with agency client projects, including ad creatives, social media post designs, and other relevant creative work during your free time. This ensures a well-rounded experience while keeping your main focus on high-quality video editing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) for both our agency & clients.

  • Managing & growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more).

  • Designing and producing social media posts – both static and video-based content.

  • Strategizing and executing content calendars for various clients across industries.

  • Tracking & optimizing engagement metrics to drive audience growth and brand awareness.

  • Engaging with followers, responding to comments & messages, and building online communities.

  • Staying up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh.

  • Collaborating with the creative and paid ads teams to align content with marketing objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in content creation & social media growth – Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, videos, and UGC-style content.

  • Video content creation skills – Comfortable being on camera & producing engaging short-form videos

  • Graphic design expertise – Ability to create high-quality social posts using Canva, Photoshop, or other tools.

  • Strong understanding of audience engagement and content formats that perform well.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

  • Knowledge of social media trends & algorithms to drive organic growth.

  • Proactive and self-driven – Capable of taking initiative and coming up with fresh content ideas.

  • Experience working with paid ads is a plus – Understanding ad creatives & performance-based content

Work Schedule & Location

  • On-Site Job – Johar Town, G4 Block, Lahore (No remote work option).

  • Monday to Saturday, 2 PM to 10 PM PKT.

Salary & Perks

  • Starting Salary: PKR 70,000 per month.

  • Performance-Based Growth – Potential to earn PKR 100,000+ within 3-6 months based on results.

  • Bonuses & Incentives – Based on engagement, social media reach, and conversions.

Probation & Terms

  • Probation Period: 6 months, depending on experience and performance.

  • This is a full-time role, and you cannot work for other agencies. You may work on private/freelance projects on your own time.

  • Not for Students – Only hiring individuals who have completed their education.

  • This is a full-time position, and you cannot work with any other company or freelance clients while employed.
